Ways to practise

Classes at RoYoga

Every format below starts with the same conversation about your body, your goals and your schedule. Rohit will tell you which one is the right place to begin.

Small group class

Studio · Kakaguda · 60 minutes

Classical Hatha and gentle Vinyasa sequences taught in a small batch, so every student still gets individual correction. Warm-ups, asana, pranayama and a closing rest in every session.

Suits: Anyone who wants a regular, guided practice with the energy of a group.

Personal 1-on-1

Studio or at home · 45–60 minutes

A practice designed entirely around you — mobility, strength, weight, stress, sleep, or easing back after an injury or a long gap. Pace and sequence change as you progress.

Suits: Beginners, busy professionals and anyone working around a specific condition.

Live online session

Video call · 45–60 minutes

The same personal attention over a live video class, with cues adapted to the space you have at home. Individual or small group.

Suits: Students outside Hyderabad, frequent travellers and shifting work schedules.

Corporate & school programmes

On-site or online · By arrangement

Regular sessions for teams and student groups, drawing on Rohit's years teaching physical education and school yoga — desk-relief mobility, breathing and stress reset.

Suits: Offices, schools and communities that want a recurring wellbeing slot.

Breath & meditation

Studio or online · 30–45 minutes

A quieter session focused on pranayama, relaxation and steady attention, useful on its own or alongside a physical practice.

Suits: Anyone carrying stress, poor sleep or restlessness.

Therapeutic & prenatal

On request · By arrangement

Gentle, carefully supervised practice for specific needs. Availability and suitability are confirmed with Rohit before starting.

Suits: Please speak to Rohit first so he can advise honestly.

Offered subject to assessment — confirm with Rohit before booking.

What a session looks like

Simple structure, steady progress

  1. 1. Settle and breathe. A few minutes to arrive, notice the body and slow the breath.
  2. 2. Joint mobility. Warming the spine, hips, shoulders and ankles before any loading.
  3. 3. Asana. Postures chosen for your level, held with clear cues and corrections.
  4. 4. Pranayama. Breathing practice to steady the nervous system.
  5. 5. Rest. A proper relaxation to close, so the work is absorbed.

Begin with a conversation

Tell Rohit about your body, your schedule and what you want from practice. He will suggest a starting point — in the studio or online.
